Frank Grenci, Operating Manager of Core Associates, LLC
Frank has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He has had many years of experience as a partner in a property management firm that used Timberline. By combining his extensive knowledge of property management and computer programming, he was able to create a number of software packages that made his firm much more productive.
Frank realized that his main passion was for programming, and he sold his share of the real estate company and moved to Florida to pursue his dream. He developed a number of applications for Sage Timberline, including our most popular product, TimberScan.
Bernard Ross, Vice Operating Manager of Core Associates, LLC
Bernard Ross is a Certified Management Accountant with a degree from the University of British Columbia. He has many years of experience in the real estate industry. He was president of Skyline Computer Systems for 12 years. During his tenure, his company implemented real estate systems in over 700 firms in the New York area. He then took the position of Vice President of Sales for Yardi Systems for three years, where he established the Yardi program for the Northeast. In 1999, he founded Core Systems, a company that specialized in implementing Sage Timberline.
His partnership with Frank Grenci spans more than ten years. When Frank developed programs, Bernard provided the marketing, sales, and distribution.
In January 2008, Frank and Bernard formed Core Associates, to sell the programs developed by Frank, most notably TimberScan.
