Global Billing automates billing tenants for both recurring charges and one-time charges. This module does the following:
- Global Billing can increase Rent, Common Charges, or other existing recurring charges for a property by percentage, fixed dollar amount, number of shares, square footage, or prorated percentage. One command does it all.
- Global Billing can also increase by unit class or custom field.
- Global Billing creates one-time charges for Assessments, Fuel Adjustments, Electric Increases, Retroactive Charges, etc.
- Global Billing bills tenant recoveries based on square feet, percentage of occupancy, or other criteria. It also handles increase over base year amount. This module is ideal for simple CAM or TAX recoveries
- Global Billing includes pull-down fields that read directly from Sage Timberline Office.
- Global Billing prints an edit report prior to billing to insure accuracy.
