Automated Forms for Sage Timberline Office Property Management
Most Property Managers deal with lots of standard forms, for example; original leases, lease riders, lease renewals, three-day notices, legal notices and many other types of forms. These standard forms are typically not automated and require the use of a typewriter to complete. Often data that already exists in your PM system must be manually typed onto these forms. It allows you to process forms for individual tenants or many tenants based on global criteria.

• PM Forms displays all your tenants in an Excel-like spreadsheet.
• Search for tenants using various criteria.
• When you’ve selected the tenant file, you will see a record of all the forms already sent.
• Clicking on “New” provides a list of all available forms. Just choose the form you want and you’re done.

• Send forms to many tenants with one command.
• Select the tenants required by Lease Expiration Date, Property, or user-defined criteria.
• Send one form or multiple forms to all selected tenants.
• Criteria can also be saved automating future choices.

• PM Forms is linked to Sage Timberline Office
• Documents created with PM Forms, if you wish, can automatically be attached to the Lease Record as a “File Attachement.”
• You can access your leases, notices, and other forms directly from Sage Timberline Office. Inquiry reports such as “delinquency reports” will allow you to access these documents easily.

• PM Forms comes with the DHCR Lease Renewal Form and all the riders, including Window Guard Notice, Lead Paint Notice, Smoke Detector, etc.
• The software has an input screen where you can record the One-Year and Two-Year rates.
• The program is designed to do all the calculations required to complete the DHCR Lease Renewal Form including the A/C, Electric, and 421a charges.
• With one command, PM Forms will search all your properties for all rent stabilized tenants and print the Lease Renewal with all riders based on the lease expiration dates you require.
