Te-mail is an e-mail processing engine that eliminates the problems of e-mailing to groups. Designed specifically for Sage Timberline Office, Te-mail does the following:
E-mails a professional-looking rent statement to all of your preselected tenants with one command.
Crystal rent statements can also be printed and mailed to tenants that are not on your e-mail list.
Te-mail includes the option to put a hyper-link on the statement allowing your tenants to pay rent electronically.
The rent statement can include a scan line if you are using a lockbox.
Te-mail can send announcements to tenants or other groups, and may include attachments.
Te-mail also prints labels and envelopes.
Te-mail solves the problem of sending personalized e-mail to large groups. It does not show the entire group’s e-mail addresses on the “TO:” line.
