Bernard Ross is responsible for the operations of Core Associates, LLC including our growth through marketing, sales and distribution. Prior to co-founding Core Associates with Frank Grenci, Bernard had many years of experience in the real estate industry. He was President of Skyline Computer Systems for 12 years. During his tenure with Skyline, his company implemented real estate systems in over 700 firms in the New York area. Bernard then took the position of VP Sales for Yardi Systems for 3 years, where he established the Yardi program for the US Northeast. In 1999, Bernard founded Core Systems, a company specializing in implementing Sage Timberline.

Bernard has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of British Columbia, Canada and is a Certified Management Accountant.
