Rich Auerbach joined Core Associates in 2014. He brought over thirty years experience in the Contact Center industry supporting software, hardware, and network applications. He was instrumental in leading support virtualization and a pioneer in launching Homeshore (work-at-home) programs. He has led many successful initiatives in improving the client experience and incident reduction.
Rich is a member of the Help Desk Institute, Project Management Institute, and is a past President of the International Customer Service Association, Garden State Chapter. He also holds certificates for Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
Residing in New Jersey, Rich has a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Thomas Edison State College.
